The central contact point for clients throughout the claims process. You will:

Have relevant insurance claims experience
Communicate clearly, calmly and confidently
Coordinate effectively with clients, insurers, assessors, repairers and other parties
Take ownership of claims and keep clients informed
Understand the level of care and responsiveness expected by owners of specialist and high-value vehicles
